Eduardo Baroni

Graduated in design in 1997 from the School of Fine Arts in Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Baroni has been working with furniture design since 2003, developing products for industries in Brazil and abroad. His light and contemporary style led him to win several awards and participation in important exhibitions in Brazil and Milan.

My view on the design:

"Design is communication. Designing a piece of furniture involves creating a connection between the manufacturer, the stores and the final consumer. A product must say something about itself, about its owner and about its manufacturer. When you are looking for a chair, don't you're just looking for something to sit in. Instead, you're going to buy the chair that best conveys the values it represents. You're looking for a chair that relates to who you are."
